Hire developers

Hire engineers who join your team, not a black box.

Twenty-three technologies, three ways to engage. You interview every candidate, you can replace anyone at no cost, and there is no lock-in beyond the notice period. Rates start at $18 an hour, all-in.

Every technology

Pick the stack, see the rate.

Bands run junior to senior and are all-in — no recruitment fee, no equipment cost, no overhead line item.

Tell us the role and we will send CVs in 48 hours.

No recruitment fee, no obligation, and we will tell you if a permanent hire would serve you better.

How we work

From brief to first commit.

Two weeks, typically — and most of it is your interview scheduling rather than our sourcing.

  1. Send the brief

The stack, the seniority, how long for and what the person will actually work on. A paragraph is enough; we come back with questions rather than a form to fill in.

  2. CVs in 48 hours

Two to four profiles matched to the brief, with real project history rather than a skills matrix. If we do not have the right person we say so instead of sending the nearest one.

  3. You interview

Technical and cultural, run your way. Nobody joins a client team without the client having met them, and you can reject as many as you like at no cost.

  4. Onboard and start

Access, environment and context in the first days, contributing inside two weeks. We handle employment, payroll, equipment and cover.

Questions, answered

Hiring developers, answered.

Shortlisted CVs within 48 hours of the brief, interviews the same week, and someone contributing within two weeks. Most of that fortnight is your interview scheduling rather than our sourcing — if you can interview quickly, so can we.

Yes, always. We screen technically and send two to four profiles, then you run your own interview and decide. Nobody joins a client team without the client having met them, and you can reject every candidate we send at no cost.

You tell us and we replace them, at no cost, and we cover the handover. That is a written term rather than goodwill — the risk of a bad match should sit with us, not with you.

You do, in full, from the first commit — assigned in the contract. Work happens in your repository, so there is never a handover of code you did not already have.

Three months on a dedicated monthly engagement, because anything shorter is mostly ramp-up and neither side gets value from it. After that it is month to month with a notice period. Hourly and daily engagements have no minimum at all.

At least four hours of overlap with your working day as standard, and more where your process needs it. Engineers attend your standups directly rather than reporting through a manager sitting between you and them.

Per hour, usually not. Overall it often is, because there is no recruitment fee, no notice-period risk, no equipment cost and no paying for a role between projects. It is the right tool for variable demand; a permanent hire is the right tool for stable demand, and we will say so.

That is the normal arrangement. They use your repository, your board and your definition of done, and report to your leads. What does not work is two teams informally owning the same thing, so we agree boundaries at the start.
